Shipping Policy

New Zealand Shipping
We currently ship orders throughout New Zealand using tracked courier services.

Standard New Zealand shipping is $10, with free shipping on orders over $110.

Rural deliveries may take longer than standard urban deliveries. If an order requires additional delivery arrangements or charges, we will contact you before dispatch.

Processing & Dispatch
We aim to process and dispatch in-stock orders as quickly as possible. As many Built to Suit products are designed, made and/or finished by us in New Zealand, processing times may occasionally vary during busy periods.

If there is likely to be a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times
Delivery timeframes shown at checkout or provided by the courier are estimates and may be affected by rural delivery, weekends, public holidays, weather, courier delays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Delivery Issues
Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order. If your parcel is significantly delayed, damaged in transit or appears to be lost, contact us at nick@builttosuit.co.nz and we’ll work with you and the courier to resolve the issue.

International Shipping
International shipping may be available to selected destinations. Available destinations and shipping charges will be shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated.
